Back in March 2025, during a windstorm, we lost a large number of shingles. Von Eric Roofing sent Wayne out to assess the damage, and he determined that in order to fix it we would need to replace the roof. Von Eric Roofing helped us work with insurance, sending building codes and documentation to prove to insurance the need for a replacement. While we waited for insurance they put a tarp on our roof to protect it, as it was a long process dealing with insurance. The tarp held up great during all the rain in April. Insurance approved our claim, and then Von Eric came out and replaced our roof in just one day. The crew they brought out did an excellent job, and cleaned up well afterwards. Their whole team are very efficient, great communicators, friendly, and very kind. They were honest with us throughout the entire process, and always went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
