Wayne at Von Eric was great to work with.  He also helped me deal with insurance for a full roof replacement.  Lots of work with new windows, new painting, new roof.  Looks like a totally different house.  The new solar vents made a huge difference upstairs!   I felt bad for the roofers working in the summer heat but they did a great job. "OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE WITH VON ERIC ROOFING" We couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Von Eric Roofing from beginning to end.  From our first contact with Wayne Apple, Director of Sales, we knew we were dealing with a compamy that truly cared about doing things right. Wayne Apple was knowledgeable, professional, honest, and helpful throughout the entire process.  He answered all our questions, explained everything clearly, and never pressured us. Scheduling and communication were excellent, and the delivery of the roofing materials was handled smoothly and efficiently.  The roofing crew did an incredible job installing our new roof, paid close attention to detail, respected our property, and did an outstanding job cleaning up when they finished. They also completely replaced our gutters, removing the old ones, hauling them away, and installing brand new gutters.  The gutters look fantastic, and the workmanship was remarkable. What really stood out to us was the incredible assistance by Wayne Apple with our insurance claim and the additional work needed to bring the roofing system up to current code requirements.  They helped us understand what was required, assisted with the insurance process, and made sure the necessary code related work was properly addressed.  Wayne's knowledge and willingness to help made what could have been a very stressful and confusing process much easier. And they didn't just finish the job and walk away.  Wayne Apple followed up in person, email and text, to ensure everything was completed properly, and that we were completely satisfied. From the initial low pressure sales process, through scheduling, material delivery, roofing, gutters, cleanup, haul off,  insurance and code assistance, and the final follow up, Von Eric Roofng's Wayne Apple, went above and beyond our expectations every step of the way. Our experience with Von Eric Roofing could not have been any better. From start to finish the owner and his employees were SO VERY HELPFUL and extremely easy to work with. They helped us navigate some things with our insurance that our adjuster had missed (this was a TREMENDOUS help), they always showed up exactly when they said they would, they completed the job exactly when they said they would, and left our yard meticulously clean after all their work. Austin was very responsive during our roofing process (even when he was on vacation). He and his crew didn’t hesitate to come over when our roof was leaking during a heavy rainstorm.  They showed up as quickly as they could to patch our roof even in the rain.  As well, Austin worked closely with our insurance adjuster and helped make the entire process as smooth as possible.
